Swimming Workouts


Swimming is one of the best ways to exercise!
As a former competitive distance swimmer, a former USA club coach, and a former high school swimming coach, I know how it can be challenging to come up with swim workouts. 

The sub-pages are divided up by years. All the workouts are for a 25-yard pool. All the workouts have intervals but can be adjusted based on skill level, endurance level, etc. 

Use the workouts as many times as you want!
