How to spot HEALTH/FITNESS/NUTRITION SCAMS, SCAMMERS, AND MLM's

Today's content is brought to you by the stupid fucking bullshit seen in my social feeds.
The images below have a telling story.
Between the blatant fitness/health/nutrition scam ads (which I report all the time for being "misleading or a scam") to people (some of them even my friends) selling "health, fitness, nutrition" MLM bullshit and toxic products, I figured I would be a little bit louder on how to recognize this toxic bullshit so that some of y'all might get saved from the physical, mental, and financial harm and heartbreak that these scams and MLM companies cause.

Some people who are involved in these scams and MLMs are pushing products and programs, legitimately thinking they are helping people. Unfortunately, they drank the Kool-Aid, for whatever reason. Fortunately, some (not all) of these people, if given the legitimate information about these products and programs will stop selling/promoting/using the toxic bullshit.

Some people, on the other hand, have zero fucks about how harmful and toxic their products/programs/MLM companies are, and will continue to sell, promote, and use the toxic bullshit. They do this because they drank the Kool aid, blindly follow, and want to make money, regardless of the cost.

Most of the people who are involved with health/fitness/nutrition scams or MLM companies, have no legitimate education or certifications in health/fitness/nutrition. Oftentimes they do "training" with their "company" and call themselves a "coach" or "guru" or "influencer". They get away with this because there is no regulatory or governing body to reprimand people claiming to be something they are not.

Some of the people who are involved in health/fitness/nutrition scams or MLM companies, ARE ACTUALLY HEALTH CARE WORKERS/PROVIDERS! This always blows my mind, because these people SHOULD FUCKING KNOW BETTER! Unfortunately, it goes to show that at times, even having a legitimate education and background, people can still drink the Kool aid.

These images (minus the one I created), are screenshots from my social media.

They show unsustainable results, unrealistic expectations, scams, and MLM companies/products.

Optivia and Herbalife are the two MLM companies shown here.
V-Shred and some other supplement and product companies that aren't MLM companies/products are also shown.
