First 5 days of every month for the next 12 months.
Trust me, time will fucking fly by!
  • You can start this tomorrow, January 1st, or the next month, or the following month.
  • You can start this on January 2nd, 3rd, or 4th... then line up with February 1st.
The content will be available regardless if you start on January 1st or the 4th or February 1st.
The beginning of the month is a good time to start from a psychological and habitual perspective.
  • Each day for the first 5 days of the month there will be a challenge and/or task.
  • These tasks can last for the specific time frame or done consistently throughout the month.
  • The participants will keep a written logbook of these tasks. This allows for tracking of progress and individual adjustments. They can use their own or purchase one specific to this Challenge from What the HALE Fitness and Nutrition.
  • Each day will have instructions and explanations as to the how and why.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions.
Participants are encouraged to share progress with me for accountability and basic guidance.

The information in the First 5 for the Next 12 is basic, broad, and free, which is great; however, for those wanting more intensive, client-specific guidance, I have different programs and packages that can be purchased.

These 5 challenges WILL have a positive impact on your health, fitness, and overall wellness when done consistently.
